The platform may notably provide:

Candidate onboarding
Consultant onboarding
Company onboarding
Future management of secure HR spaces
HR onboarding features
Scalable digital HR services

3. Access to the Website

Access to the website is open to any user with internet access.

Certain features may be reserved for users with an account validated by ANTARES RH.

ANTARES RH reserves the right to suspend, limit, or interrupt access to all or part of the platform for technical, security, maintenance, or organizational reasons.

4. Account Creation and Validation

Candidates

Candidates may submit their professional information as part of the platform onboarding process.

Access credentials may be provided after validation by ANTARES RH.

Consultants

Consultants must demonstrate sufficient professional experience in accordance with the criteria defined by ANTARES RH.

Profile validation may require analysis of submitted CVs and documents.

Companies

Companies may be subject to an onboarding and verification process before full activation of services.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Not submit falsified documents
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain the confidentiality of their credentials
Not compromise the security of the website
Use the platform lawfully and fairly

Any fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant use of these Terms may result in the suspension or deletion of the relevant account.

6. Submitted Documents and Content

Users remain responsible for the documents and information submitted through the platform.

CVs, professional documents, and other submitted content must be authentic, lawful, and consistent with the purposes defined by ANTARES RH.

Client companies agree to use submitted information and profiles solely within the scope of the relevant HR services.

Any unauthorized extraction, distribution, or reuse of data or profiles is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

ANTARES RH places particular importance on the confidentiality of information processed as part of its activities.

Authorized employees and stakeholders are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations.

8. Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with applicable regulations, every data subject has the right to be informed about:

The identity of the data controller
The purposes of the processing
The categories of data collected
The recipients of the data
The data retention period
Any transfers of data outside Mali
Whether the requested information is mandatory or optional

Any dispute relating to the use of the platform falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mali.
