ANTARES SARL places particular importance on the protection of personal data processed as part of its activities and the use of the Antarès RH platform.

1. Introduction

This privacy policy is intended to inform users about the methods of collection, use, retention, and protection of their personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation in Mali.

ANTARES RH undertakes to comply with the requirements of Law No. 2013-015 of May 21, 2013 on the protection of personal data, as well as the principles established by the Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP).

Any information allowing the direct or indirect identification of a natural person is considered personal data.

5. Data Retention

Inactive accounts may be deleted or anonymized after a period of 24 months of inactivity.

The website is currently hosted on a shared infrastructure operated by LWS.

Personal data is accessible only to authorized ANTARES RH personnel and authorized stakeholders within the scope of their duties.

Communications between users and the platform may be secured using appropriate encryption protocols in order to protect the confidentiality of transmitted information.

Certain technical data may temporarily transit through infrastructures located outside Mali, notably in France.

ANTARES RH implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of personal data.

The platform uses only technical cookies necessary for the operation of the website, session management, and user authentication.

ANTARES RH may request additional information in order to verify the identity of the requester before processing the request.

Requests are processed as promptly as possible in accordance with applicable regulations.
