Primary Mission
Support the company's operations by contributing to a variety of functions, including Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Business Support, and English-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Administration
- Manage and maintain employee records.
- Prepare employment contracts, suspension letters, termination letters, certificates of employment, attestations, and other administrative documents.
- Process leave requests and absence authorizations.
- Handle workplace accidents and non-occupational illness cases in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare social security and tax declarations.
- Ensure compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
Recruitment
- Participate in the entire recruitment process, including:
- Drafting job descriptions and vacancy announcements.
- Preparing evaluation grids and interview guides.
- Screening CVs and applications.
- Designing and correcting recruitment tests.
- Conducting individual, group, and telephone interviews.
- Recommending shortlisted candidates.
- Welcome and onboard new employees.
Marketing & Communications
- Design attractive promotional materials presenting the company's services.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
- Manage and animate the company's social media platforms.
- Publish job vacancies.
- Share career advice and employment-related content.
- Promote the company's employer brand by highlighting team activities.
- Create simple graphics and short videos using user-friendly design tools.
- Assist in organizing webinars, conferences, and job fairs.
Business Development
- Prospect and identify potential clients.
- Contact prospective companies by phone or email to present the company's services and arrange meetings.
- Negotiate and conclude partnership agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the position.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bachelor's +3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, Marketing & Communication, or an equivalent field.
- At least two (2) years of professional experience in administration or a similar position.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.
- Professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of Canva.
- Knowledge of labor law and social security regulations.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to prepare meeting reports and administrative documents.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Professional appearance.
