Supply and Installation of a Solar Photovoltaic System

As part of its energy infrastructure upgrade, Antarès is inviting qualified companies to submit proposals for the supply and installation of a solar photovoltaic system for its headquarters.

The objective of this project is to replace the existing gel battery-based system with a modern, high-performance and long-lasting lithium battery solution.

Required Equipment

Bidders are invited to submit a technical and financial proposal including, at a minimum, the following equipment:

• 18 solar panels rated at 585 Wp;
• 1 hybrid inverter, 8 KVA;
• 1 lithium battery, 17.5 KWh;
• 2 protection boxes;
• 50 meters of solar cable;
• 2 meters of 1×35 mm² cable;
• 1 compact unit;
• 2 cable trunking bars;
• Solar panel mounting structures;
• 30 meters of flexible conduit;
• Complete installation services;
• Any additional accessories and equipment required for a safe and compliant installation.

Bidders may propose technical improvements or alternative solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and durability.

Proposal Requirements

Technical Proposal

The technical proposal should include:

• Company profile and experience;
• Detailed description of the proposed solution;
• Technical specifications of all equipment;
• Warranty conditions;
• Estimated implementation schedule.

Financial Proposal

The financial proposal should include:

• Detailed equipment pricing;
• Installation costs;
• Total project cost;
• Proposed payment terms.

Bidders are encouraged to indicate whether installment payment options over several months are available and to provide the related conditions.
