Multi-skilled Operator

Main Mission

Carry out earthmoving, material handling, lifting and loading operations while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate various construction equipment including loaders, excavators, cranes, bulldozers, aerial platforms and compressors.
• Perform excavation, backfilling and material loading operations.
• Carry out lifting and material handling activities safely.
• Supply production or work areas with materials as required.
• Perform daily inspections of machinery before operation.
• Work closely with construction, maintenance and supervision teams.
• Ensure proper use of equipment to maximize performance and reduce wear.
• Perform different operational tasks according to company needs.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures and site safety regulations.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

Required Profile

• CAP or BTS diploma in Mechanics, Public Works or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
• Minimum of two years of experience operating loaders.
• Valid loader operator certification issued by a recognized training center.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform first-level preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and material handling.
• Dynamic, rigorous and autonomous.
• Strong sense of priorities, responsiveness and teamwork.
• High level of responsibility and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.
