Camp Manager

Main mission

Ensure efficient camp operations and provide safe, clean and comfortable living and working conditions for staff.

Specific tasks

Infrastructure management

• Supervise camp facilities and accommodations;
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities and equipment;
• Coordinate periodic cleaning operations;

Administration and HR

• Manage staff accommodation and movements;
• Maintain staff and visitor records;
• Supervise camp support staff;
• Collaborate with HR department;

Logistics and procurement

• Manage camp-related stocks;
• Plan logistics and supply needs;
• Monitor suppliers and contractors;

Health, safety and hygiene

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards;
• Monitor cleanliness of facilities;
• Coordinate health emergency management;

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Management, Logistics or Administration;
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience;
• Strong leadership and supervision skills;
• Knowledge of safety regulations;
• Excellent communication skills;
• English proficiency is highly desirable;
• Organized and confidential mindset;
