Bilingual Supply Officer

Main mission

Ensure procurement management, supplier relationship handling, and smooth supply chain operations while controlling costs, stocks and quality standards.

Specific tasks

Purchasing and order management

• Identify product and service needs;
• Identify short and medium-term purchasing needs;
• Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries;
• Verify delivery compliance;
• Monitor orders to ensure deadlines are met;
• Manage stock levels;
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives;

Supplier management

• Search and evaluate suppliers;
• Negotiate prices and payment conditions;
• Maintain strong supplier relationships;

Administrative and logistics follow-up

• Create and update procurement records;
• Monitor purchase orders and invoices;
• Collaborate with logistics departments;
• Resolve delivery and quality issues;

Bilingual communication

• Communicate in both French and English;
• Draft procurement documents in both languages;
• Participate in bilingual meetings and calls;
• Translate documents when necessary;

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Management, Logistics or International Trade;
• 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• ERP software knowledge (SAP, Oracle);
• Fluent in French and English;
• Autonomous, rigorous and responsible;
