Procurement and Logistics Manager

Main mission

Implement procurement strategy and optimize the supply chain for improved business performance.

Specific tasks

• Prepare supplier specifications;
• Manage logistics operations;
• Monitor stock and procurement activities;
• Negotiate with suppliers;
• Draft purchasing contracts;
• Identify new suppliers;
• Monitor deliveries and contracts;
• Handle invoicing disputes;
• Prepare import/export documents;
• Manage customs and transit operations;

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics or Management;
• At least 3 years of experience;
• Strong supply chain knowledge;
• Knowledge of customs regulations;
• Proficiency with Sage and office tools;
• Negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
