Loader Operator

Main mission

Operate the loader to perform loading, unloading and transportation of materials and minerals safely and efficiently.

Specific tasks

• Operate the loader according to terrain conditions;
• Perform first-level mechanical inspections;
• Report anomalies and maintenance needs;
• Participate in safety and production meetings;
• Monitor loading operations;
• Manage material handling and storage;
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas;
• Apply safety and quality procedures;
• Prepare activity reports;

Required profile

• CAP, vocational diploma or BTS in heavy equipment driving;
• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery;
• Good command of loader operations;
• Knowledge of safety procedures;
• Mechanical and hydraulic knowledge;
• Ability to read technical diagrams;
• Sense of responsibility and rigor;
• Ability to work under pressure;
