Main mission

Manage farming and vegetable production activities to ensure satisfactory agricultural results.

Specific tasks

• Prepare crop planning and calendars;
• Prepare ridges and cultivation areas;
• Perform sowing and weeding operations;
• Manage nurseries and seeds;
• Apply agricultural treatments and pesticides;
• Use organic compost techniques;
• Report anomalies to supervisors;
• Participate in harvesting operations;

Required profile

• Agricultural training certificate or equivalent;
• At least 1 year of farming experience;
• Good knowledge of vegetable farming;
• Knowledge of rural environments;
• Dynamic and hardworking mindset;
• Results-oriented attitude;
• Professional ethics and discipline;
